I'm a over weight sixteen year old female , I think I have heart diease/blocked arteries I have been havin pain all up and down my left and right arm and in mu shoulders all day. I had a EKG five months ago , it was normal.
John W - Halie, how many times have you been to ER? How many times have they told you that it's anxiety and not your heart? You've posted an awful lot so you must really be anxious about your heart but a 16 year old isn't likely to have blocked arteries, being overweight isn't good but you can change that years before it becomes a problem, you can start by dieting and exercising right now. The pains sound like you have muscle pains, relax and have a hot bath. If the pains are debilitating then see a Doctor but it probably isn't your heart.
