I'm 150 pounds, and I'm 14 yrs old if that helps. What I do is, I come from school at like 3, then I eat something, lastly I stay on the computer until like 8. I want to start losing weight and what I'm planning is to go to the treadmill for 30mins-1hr, and do some sit-ups and push-ups after I eat my lunch.
Here are my questions:
1) Is there any specific time I should wait until I finish my lunch to go to the gym?
2) Is 30mins-1hr good for dropping a couple pounds (and doing push-ups & sit-ups)?
3) Is 4pm - 5pm good time to head over to the gym?
That's it. I'd really appreciate if you guys can answer me relating to these questions =)
Dannydadan - 1) No just dont workout immedeatly after you eaten something
ReplyDelete2) Yes its good but if you wanna spare time, do a 10-20 minute workout but run faster and i mean really faster, you need to get super tired in 10 minutes, it hurts a lot but it worked for me like a charm and its better than spending one hour running at the same speed, it will start to get boring and the motivation will dissapear
3) Yup since you are at school and cannot go to the gym at morning, 4-5 pm is the perfect time.
swan lova - You should focus on cardio, you lose the most weight. Eat multiple small meals a day(6 time) and work out whenever possbible. Lastly, keep up the good work. If you need motivation, join a spin class. Not falling on my ass. is enough motivation for me!
ReplyDeletescazman227 - number one wait 2 to 3 hours after lunch so when you work out you body burns the stored fat as if you eat 30 min after lunch all you are doing is putting on more wait from lunch.
ReplyDelete2.yes that is good remember the best way to loose wait is to run.
3.it is a ok time to do it the morning is better if you have time to do it in the Morning but try and fit a jog in at least but if cant that's ok .
Good luck i hope my tips work sincerely scazman227.
