
Ok so I weigh 180LBs and I'm 5'' 5. I'm thinking of losing 50lbs or 60lbs. I have a stationary bike and I do 30-35 minutes each day and I do 2 miles on it and the speed is 12-13. I eat half of a muffin in the morning or a krispy kreme donut. For lunch and dinner each day I eat 2 tortillas with soup but I changed it to 1 per meal. I don't eat any snacks in between meals. So how long is it gonna take for me to lose weight?
andres - yes just keep that up for 4-6 weeks and you should loose around 57lbs
ReplyDeleteLanius - eh not long. just get plentey of exersize and dont eat junk. people these days are so lazy and think that nutri-system is the easiest way to lose weight but reall plentey of excersize and not alot of junk is the easiest. to lose 50-60 punds prolly 2 months
ReplyDeleteTayyip Akkok - thats a poor diet...you see your trying to loose weight but 1 your eating a donut thats so high in sugar and calories and 2 your eating so little you cant loose wight you havent got...you should cut out your sugars and eat 3 meals a day all consisting of high amounts of fiber and low carbs but you still need a little carbs for quick accessible energy and when that runs out after about 15 minutes of your ride your body will turn to the fat to burn off.....and drink atleast 2 glasses of green tea a day and you will notice a bigger difference than now
ReplyDeleteFrankie - No. It's very unbalanced diet. Cut out the sweets and tortillas. Have whole grain unsweetened cereal with fruit for breakfast instead. You will have more constant energy. Soup is fine, just have the low sodium ones or make homemade without adding salt. Make sure to get lots of veggies and some protein. Healthy snacks are actually good. They keep you from getting so hungry between meals so you don't overeat. Have fresh fruits or veggies. Your biking doesn't make sense. Is 12-13 the level or mph? If it's mph, you are doing a lot more than just 2 miles in half an hour, more like 6.
