Sam - first how did you know that you have low BP? DID YOU MEASURE IT? second it may be just hypoglycemia which mean low blood sugar try to solve some sugar in a glass full of water and drink it never leave the house without breakfast.

Mark - dont listen to the doctor guy i did that and he laughed and said eat salt and drink gatorade. problem solved !
