I Need Help Please! With A Mole On My Back Problem!? Please Help?

I have this oddly shaped mole on my back and two little light brownish moles sticking out on both of my legs.

I been having leg pain alot these days. The same area where one of the moles are.

I want to go to the hospital tonight to get a doctor to look at them cause I'm kind of worried right now :( but my mom isn't home till tomorrow and I can't drive yet. And my great grandmother doesn't drive either. There is no bus after 6. The hospital is too far away for me to walk over there.

Help! Please! I have no way of going to the doctor till tomorrow with the bus.

I'm so scared :(
