Need To Know Daily Caloric Intake?

396545382 I have tried a bunch of different calculators online and everyone is different! Some say I need 2000 calories and others say only 1200! I'm 19, female, 5"7', and 130 pounds. Although I weigh 130, it's all muscle. I workout 3 times a week, sometimes more. My workout is cheerleading practice.

  1. April - You might have accidentally used a calculator for weight loss, hence the 1,200. 2,000 seems more realistic, because you're very active and you need the calories to sustain your body.
