Questions About Workout Supplements?

396545382 When is the best time to take creatine? before or after a workout to get best results?
and what about glutamine? when are the best times for taking that supplement?
I take protein powder after my workout
Is it okay to mix glutamine with milk to drink before i sleep?
Glutamine mixed with milk? is that okay?
or just stick to water?
I just need advice for all 3 supplements to get best results
I have those 3 supplements and any other considerations of other supplements would be great

  1. Johnny Chimpo - Creatine should be used before a workout. It is suppose to get you amped up and get you ready for your workout. Take it about 30 minutes before your workout. Be aware though, if you take creatine later in the day, you may have trouble sleeping at night.

    Drink whey protein and glutamine after your workout. Whey gets asborbed faster by the body than casein protein would. Doesn't matter if you mix it with water or milk. I prefer water since drinking it with milk makes me feel bloated. It's up to you. Milk makes it taste better though.

    Take casein protein before you go to bed. It is more slowly dissolved by the body and it can help your body get it's nutrients while you sleep.
