i found out the other day that i have a low blood pressure. i know that a consequence of high blood pressure can be diabetes or something and i wondered if a low blood pressure can also cause an illness. so far it only effects me when i get out of hot water too quickly e.g. a hot tub.Monday, December 26, 2011

ReplyDeleteIf you are asymptomatic with your low blood pressure then there is nothing to worry about.
Even healthy people will feel dizzy if they get out of hot tub quickly. This is because they lose lots of water by sweating when in the hot bath tub; also there is extensive peripheral vasodilation. Both these factors cause the blood pressure to drop significantly.
