How To Reduce My Weight ?

396545382 hi im 20yr, n 165cm tall and 73kg weight...i want to reduce 10kg of my weight pls tell detailed procedure for it without any side effect....
explain correctly how much quantity i should take ?

  2. Spartan - either you walk 10kms a day or jog for half an hour morning and evening. Reduce your food intake by 30%. You will see the results in one month. Be vigilant in weight reduction. when ever you get the chance of walking or climbing stairs you do it.

    or the best way is to join a very good gym. They come no cheap. They usually have good guides. you can reduce weight and also increase your arm and chest muscles to a macho shape.

  3. Krishna - Replace your high calorie foods with low calorie food. Especially at supper, avoid high calorie foods.
    Avoid sweets. Overeating at night causes weight gain. Take green salad or fruits which are low in calories before your meal. It will make you eat less on meal and also they contain good nutrients.
    Have a 40 Minute brisk walk daily.

    Thus diet plus physical exercise would result in lost in weight.

  5. KB - 1) Do Aerobics. Start learning some dance.
    2) Walk around 2-4 kms in the morning. If you have skipping rope, Start skipping in the sets of 20s.
    3) After completing walk, take deep breaths to gain more oxygen.
    4) Drink 2 hot glasses of water with lemon sprint after 1 hour of walking exercise
    5) Do your regular activities that you do. (Lunch, School, Homework, Sleep, Watch TV)
    6) Take little low caloric dinner. I suggest salads.


    if you feel that you are loosing weight then continue, otherwise go for strong diet plan.

    Diet Plan
    1) Drink little warm water with lemon sprint at every 3-4 hour interval.
    2) Walk, Walk and Walk a lot.
    3) Use salads as your lunch and dinner.
    4) Cut off eating chocolates, ice creams, breads, fried items etc.

  7. Yogesh Puri (Hercules Puri) - Best is stay active, dance, use only stairs (no lift), walk to nearest shop, get good sleep and stay happy

    Eat Yogurt, drink hot milk bedtime, drink lots of water, eat fruits and salads, drink green tea morning first thingand eat little salad before lunch and Dinner.

    u shud do 15 mins jog daily, sit-ups, climbing stairs (very effective), lunges (very effective), crunches, leg raises, dance workout for flat tummy and toned legs and butt. Cycling, swimming, dance and skipping rope is also helpful

    You can follow following diet and fitness tips for better results: -

    A good tip is turn vegetarian, have 5 time meals rather. Eat yogurt, curd in mrng and evening.
    You can have seafood also.
    breakfast of cereals, milk and egg only, with bread
    lunch u can have beans on bread, dal rice, bread with baked/ boiled vegetables

    have light dinner, again u can have bread and salad with gravy, pulses

    avoid chicken, beef, pork, cheese, paneer, pizzas and junk food.
    Avoid rice at night

    learn some recipes for healthy food. You can look for alternates like fish, crab, prawns, Soya, Mushrooms etc..

    You can do activities like streching, breathing exercises, yoga, running, like standing at same place u do running motion, arobics, dance, climb stairs till 5 storeys 3-4 times a day, jogging, badminton, volleyball also keep you fit
    swimming is also good exercise

    You can do free exercises like push-ups, sit-ups, chin-ups to stay fit

    get a pair of light weight dumbells and do arm exercises

    for thighs do lunges, sit-ups, stepper, multi-exercise, leg curls, leg press, jogging, climbing, climbing steps

    for arms do dumbell curl, reverse dumbell curl with light weights (15-20-25 reps)

    for abs do crunches, leg raises, tiwst crunches, standing twists etc.

    for chest do bench press, dumbell flies, pec dec etc.

    Note: I suggest light dumbells over machines. please make sure u do light weights and more reps for weight loss.
    Please don't do exercise if you have cold or some illness.
