so here is what i did today i weighed myself on the scale it told me 144.6
i ate foods that were light, but still fulled me up i ate half a bag of hot fries this morning cleaned a bit then i ate a kids meal 6 piece chic fil a for lunch then i wasnt hungry for a while so i ate a little helping of jambalya (rice and sausage) around 5. i checked my weight just now and i weigh 150.2
i realized i ate alot of things that were light but still fullfilling
my plan for tomarrow was to eat light things again that still filled me up
pizza roles for lunch cause i wake up at 12 on saturdays. also i usually eat about 15 and it barely weighs me down but still fullfilling and some more jambalya for dinner because its healthy and tastey!
in between if i have gotten hungry today i ate a banana or apple you know, because i get an appetite but im not hungry, like i just want something at the moment. so is this gonna work....????? nothing insulting plz and trust me i am not starving the muscle
iknowthings - while what you ate seems light, you actually ate very unhealthy! if you want to be healthy you have to eat fresh, whole foods that you prepare yourself. nothing pre done or processed. and eat more vegetables! while sausage and rice may seem healthy, sausage is not good for you at all, and rice, unless it's long grain brown rice is straight sugar. stick to lean proteins like chicken and turkey, fish, beans and lentils, lots of fresh veg, some fruit, and healthy grains like brown rice, quinoa, barley.

ReplyDeleteI don't understand what you mean by "light." Light would mean something that is low in fat and calories.
Fries are high in fat and calories. Did you have fries in the Chick Fila meal too? If so more fat and calories. Chicken is good since it's protein, but remember that just the chicken in that meal is 200 calories. And if you had fries with it that is 300 calories. Did you have a soda with that if so add on more calories and sugar.
Pizza roles are also high in fat and calories. Which kind are they the Totino's? If so and you ate 15 of them that is 525 calories for 15 pepperoni pizza rolls With 25 grams of fat.
I have no idea about the rice and sausage because I don't eat that. I am in veterinary medicine and I have learned horrible things about sausage. No offense.
You need to see how many calories you need a day. You can do that here:

Say you only need 1500 to maintain your weight. Then you can only eat 1500 calories a day to keep the weight you have now.
You can eat things here and there that are bad, but protein, vegetables and fruits are good. But even a banana is around 100 calories.
You can see what the calories and fat are in the food your eat on the package it comes in. Make sure to read how many servings they are referring to how many calories are in it. And you can go here to find what calories are in foods:

If you want to lose weight you can use the tool before to find out how many calories a day you would need to eat to lose weight.
And remember you need to exercise as well.
