What Causes A Blood Filled Bubble Inside The Cheek In My Mouth?

396545381 Today i noticed i have a bubble filled with blood inside the left cheek in my mouth. It does not hurt, it is just there i have not noticed it before, not even when i brushed my teeth this morning. What can it be??.. should i be worried?
ok..thank u for ur answers..it is probably from me bitting unconsciencely and from alot of sugar that i believe i had yesturday..im also diabetic does that have to influence that?

    Check this out and see if this helps any. I was able to find someone with the same problem. Looks like it could be blood blisters.

  2. Tyler5150 - You should always see a dentist just incase, but no, don't be worried it's absolutely normal. It's caused from you subconsciously biting the inside of your cheeks, your teeth rubbing against them, eating something very sugary and acidic (aka sour patch kids) or rubbing and tearing from braces (if you have them). Sometimes you'll bite the cheek out of nerves or when you sleep, I used to get them all the time as a kid, u bit my cheeks to help calm nerves. It blood filled because your body has never done it before.

  3. Megan - you probly have been chewing and or biting the inside of your cheek it might be a blood blister :)
