Wouldnt Have This Gone Worst?

396545116 IVE had a swollen lymph node for about two mnths. non hard it feels soft not so squishy sorta of like a rubber bouncy ball it could move alot. it moves with out trying to move it meaning if i were just to put my finger on top of it no pressure it will move.it hasnt got any big whats so ever i dont know if it got smaller its like 2 mm before a centimeter so about 0.8 cm

i have a loss of appetite. i think i have got this before i had the swollen lymph node.

IF this was LYMPHOMA WOULDNT IT HAVE GOT BIGGER? IN SIZE AND WOULDNt i Be EXPERIENCING SYMPTOMS OTHER THAN LOSS OF APPETIE?!

P.S ive went to the docs two weeks ago he checked it.. he said it was alright and didnt suspect anything serious. he hasnt did a blood test... should i go back

  1. Spreedog - No need to go back to your doctor right now.
You have the feel of this lymph node.
If it enlarges further - THEN go back.
These are most often benign reactive nodes
from some forgotten head and neck infection.
There is no blood test for most of the 20 plus types of lymphoma.
You are correct that a malignancy of the lymphatic system
does not stay the same size - they do grow with time.
    Just monitor this node.
I have one in the left armpit area that I have followed
for forty years, and it has never changed.
If it does not bother you, you need not bother with it.

  2. Rajinder - The following should help.

Blood pressure claims 33% of lives in the world every year.

Blood pressure is caused due to excess fluid in the body. So u are given medicines to reduce fluid thru frequent urination.
The first common enemy for blood pressure has been declared to be salt for last 50 years or more. But there is no scientific basis of that statement till date.

Salt helps in drawing water from vegetables and that helps in preserving the vegetables or other food items for longer periods.
So if a person drinks salt and water over empty stomach for 24 hours and then stops fluid intake completely for the next 24 hours the result will be huge amounts of urination and easy movement of stools for next week.

Restrict water and other intake to 750 ml in 24 hours. Drink 250 ml water (1 glass) one hour before each meal.
Once in 4 days give up water for 24 hours.

That will help normalise the blood pressure.

All other drugs, medicines and foods simply fool u and does no good.

Increasing the water intake to control blood pressure is the biggest foolish idea.

U may need to repeat the above 2-3 times for permanent relief.
