How To Lose Stomach Fat In Two Months?

396545382 I have been neglecting myself for a while now and I have put on a fair bit of weight in the last six months due to travel, change of lifestyle and so forth. I want to lose my stomach fat as soon as I can. I have been eating relatively healthy for the last month and I walk/jog twice a week... Any ideas?

  1. Rocky 74 - Cut out foods with added sugar or corn syrup. That means no soda/pop/Coke whatsoever, not even diet. No candy, cake, cookies. No sugary breakfast cereals. Stick to foods that are around the perimeter of the supermarket, like veggies, fruit, lean meats/poultry/fish, and dairy products that don't have added sugar. Whole grains are good if you can't cut out the carbs. It worked for me. I even went back to eating a higher fat diet, but with the sugars cut out, I'm still down a couple of sizes from before. Good luck!

  2. Grochocinco - If you are setting your goal for two months, then you need to work out significantly more than twice a week. Four times a week is much better, if not more. And walking/jogging will not burn the calories you want to lose. Doing interval training for 15 minutes burns twice as many calories as doing 30 minutes of moderate cardio work. Walk for 2 minutes and then run fast for a minute, and do this over 5 times. Also, do any weight training before cardio, i.e. do crunchers and sit-ups before running. Also, 'relatively' healthy is not really healthy. Clean up your act and get a well-balanced, low-calorie, protein-rich diet to slim off the pounds!
