How To Cure Sweaty Palms?

i am 14 years old and i have had sweaty palms my whole life.. i have researched how to cure sweaty palms, but the only things that come up are things to buy.. first of all.. have any of yous got sweaty palms?.. have you cured your sweaty palms WITHOUT buying a product? and how do you cure sweaty palms?..

i hate having this problem because i have social dancing in my school in 2 weeks and i know if i was holding someones hand and it was sweaty i would think it was disgusting.. thank you SOOOOO much for your help!xxxxxx.
