Can Abdominal Exercises Offer Better Results Than Other Weight Loss And Exercises?

396545382 I hear a lot about Abdominal Exercises and wonder if this may be a shortcut to firmer and toned stomach muscles. Hopefully when you have completed the exercises I will know that I have completed at least the first steps!
