Blood Sugar Variations Over Last Hour Or So 142-102?

At 5:15 pm, my blood sugar was 142 mg/dL
At 6:03 pm, my blood sugar was 107 mg/dL
At 6:24pm, my blood sugar was 102 mg/dL

Is this variation normal? I was scared at the 142 number because it indicated pre-diabetes,
but the other numbers are normal, are they not?

Moments before the first test I had drank a cup of hot apple cider (very sugary.)

So am I okay, or am I pre diabetic?

(Serum Glucose blood test last week was 102)

(I know I keep testing it too frequently, I'm supposed to wait a few hours. I just wanted to see if it changed.)
