Megan - i kinda need a description of what type of body you have but im guessing eat really unhealthy and snack alot like eat fast food for a while and then eat junk food at ur house for a while but still make sure you eat some healthy stuff so that you dont die when ur like 30 but once you reached or given weight just keep on doing whatever you think is best (eat lots of fatty foods or foods with calories)
Sara - Eat Healthy High Caloric Foods - whole or double fat milk and diary products - mixed fruits juice with added sugar, fruits that are high in calories: Bananas, Mango, grapes, dates - milkshakes, nuts, dates, pudding - dried fruits. - don't skip meals - peanut butter, almonds utter, honey, milk cream, jam are all good for breakfast - increase your olive oil intake, you can add it to your salads - Ice-cream, Chocolates are good is snacks
