Would Getting Tested To See What Tree Nuts Im Allergic To Be Worth It?

396545383 Hey so ive been allergic to peanuts since I was a baby, and I know for a fact I still am.
Thing is, my peanut allergy crossed over to most tree nuts as a baby also. When i was tested they said i was allergic to alot of different nuts and to avoid them as I had a high change of becoming allergic to more and more of them. So my whole life Ive tried to avoid all types of nuts.
But I was wondering since im now 21, and an adult, my body is no longer growing. It may be possible that I outgrew some of my nut allergies or maybe the ones I wasnt allergic to before might be safe since im an adult and have a lower chance of getting new allergies.
a couple times ive accidentally had almonds (or i think anyways) and i didnt react, so is it worth it to check with a doctor? it would be ncie to maybe be able to eat almonds.

  1. Adele - The traditional and most effective management of allergies is to avoid the allergen that triggers reactions or to reduce exposure to them. It seems simple enough, particularly in the case of food allergies: persons allergic to nuts should avoid consuming foods that contain nuts; individuals who have allergic reactions to cats should limit contact with them. 2. Daniel - You can go to an allergy doctor and have him do some more tests to give you a more definite answer.
