I always get it bad in the winter on my arms and hands and face. Does anyone have any home remedies? I already use unscented lotion (can't think of the brand name at the moment). Is there any oils or mixtures to help it? Thanks!
yanirse Hiraldo - Hi there, my eczema also gets bad in the winter. I use Cortizone 10 creme with aloe, this can help the eczema go away and on top of that you can also put some Desitin which is a creme for baby diaper rash but it helps you from scratching the affected area.
