  1. well wisher - carcinoid tumors (argentaffinomas) are a yellow circumscribed tumor arising from enterochromaffin cells.Due to preponderance of these cells in terminal ileum and appendix incidence is more there.
    But it can arise from other part of GI tract and in the bronchi, ovaries, testes, and anywhere along the entire length of the alimentary tract.
