Why Am I So Dehydrated?

396545384 I work out, I;m 14.
I get thirsty SO quickly! and Rarely get hungry.. why?
I drink A LOT of water throughout the day too. Like at least 1 bottle or more, but I'm still thirsty.

  2. Saz - Since you workout then you will be thirsty, and its natural. Drink that water! Its great for you!

  3. John W - Maybe it's because you're working out. You should be drinking about 2 litres of water daily.

  4. Felex Fff - If you think 1 bottle/day is a lot that is your problem. The body needs >40 ounces a day while at rest, if you are working out you need that much while working out, drink G2
