Is It True That The Grip Of Partial Denture Destroy The Teeth?

Annie - I wore a partial for about 16 years and had no problems whatsoever. The problems you describe could be due to where the partial sits in your mouth, and how it is kept in place. Dentists today have many more resources and techniques to use in this situation to prevent dental erosion or abrasion from occurring. If this is happening to you, I suggest that you seek out a different dentist to get this taken care of properly.
tooth975 - A properly designed partial framework and clasp design will not destroy teeth. What causes most tooth loss is inadequate homecare of the abutment teeth. Most abutment teeth need to be crowned to obtain the ideal path of insertion but those that are not will have some enamel wear over time but very minimal. However, there may be some dentists who just take an impression of the teeth and send it directly to a lab to have a completed partial fabricated without doing any preparatory teeth adjustments or crowns to the abutment teeth, and in this case your list may be applicable.
