My boyfriend has this buildup of off white colored stuff under his foreskin. I'm new to things and don't know what it it so i researched and it seems like smegma but I'm not sure it didn't really smell bad and other than that his penis was normal looking,
Dawg the Bounty Hunter - yeah that definitely sounds like smegs. he doesnt wash down there well enough.
ReplyDeleterob lou - It probably is smegma. You can wash it and it can still occur. Tell him that after he showers or bathes to take a small amount of Vaseline and apply it to the head (pull the skin back). After a while it will stop accumulating. He should also use a wash cloth to wash with, not just his hands and soap.
