Rapid weight loss often results in losing muscle too and muscle helps burn fat just by being there. It isnt a good idea to look at your weight as a way to lose fat. Get to the gym and start doing fat burn sessions on the cardio machines 3 days a week for 60 mins each time, eat a healthier diet and drink less or no sugary drinks and alcohol. Youll lose tons of fat.
Tapestry6 - I suppose it is possible, But normally its 2lbs a week that would be about 48lbs and if you did lose that much you would probably regain it.
Nunya - max safe weight to lose per week is 2lbs 6 months is around 24 weeks max safe weight loseable is 48 lbs...so not a chance. Also if you don't exercise, you won't even lose that much.
Jessica - You could lose those 80 pounds if you stuck to your plan. You need lots and lots of exercise to lose 80 pounds so make sure you get lots of it and IF you weren't able to lose 80, you would lose more than half of it and you'd only need a month or two more to lose the rest which you won't have a problem with because you'll be too happy with what you've achieved and will be motivated to continue and do much more! Good luck!
Random - Yea its possible just make sure your doing it in a safe way....safe dieting and safe training don't burn your body out doing high intensity workouts every day.
abasha_toko - You should burn yourself and it's possible!
ReplyDeleteTom - The question is, how much will be fat.

Tia - EXCERCISE!
ReplyDeleteRob - Control your eating frequency and do some workout. Definitely possible. I would recommend you use the jump rope for that.
