Yuli Hernandez - you are just overweight thats my size and weight 180 but im 14. i have lost 9 pounds since i walk to mile every day and run one mile each week and i also walk a lap or to after diner to help digest you food faster and eat less and i have been in this routine for two weeks and i already lost 9-12 pounds. just be more active or do this routine. :) hope this helped
Zorroman - If you're concerned about your weight, talk to your doctor. For a height of 5'11", 150 lbs seems a tad low, though I don't know anything about your body type, so I can't tell you if it actually is low.
Michael R - This is good, don't get too self conscious. I have a brother the same height and weight as you and he's a perfect size. It really depends on if you have muscle and not fat. He plays basketball for his JV high school team so he's not fat. I wouldn't worry. Like one of the other answers just ask your doctor, or wait untill you get a physical. You are a little big for 12 years old but you must come from a big family, that's a good thing. Get into sports, if you aren't already. :)
ֆք®ïňķ¦€Ֆ - That is thin in my opinion. You are twelve and your body is still developing, so you should eat when you are hungry. Your body is smart and knows what it needs. Listen to it and you'll be just fine. :)
