I'm 16, 5'6" And 80 Lbs?

396545382 I'm really underweight and my doctor said that I need to eat more. I'm not anorexic but the thing is I just don't get hungry and forget to eat? I don't like eating when I'm not hungry as it makes me feel really bloated.
Is there are food which is fattening but not filling?

  1. Krys - If you want to gain weight do it the right way, call your doctor and make an appoint with him so you can discuss with him to right way to go about gaining weight
If you don't do it the right way you could get sick and eating unhealthy to gain weight will make you unhealthy, your body is still going to need the right vitamins and minerals.
    Good luck!

  3. 800meterrunner - Peanut butter, protein shakes to make you gain weight, anything high in protein. Eat foods with complex carbs like bagels. Put regular cream cheese on it and you will have a good amount of calories and fat. Try adding olive oil to your foods. It had healthy mono saturated fat which is also good for your hair, skin and nails. Any type of nuts and seeds will do you good too. Cashews, sun flower seeds, or just regular peanuts. Dried fruit can also help you to gain weight. Dried fruit has 5 to 8 times more calories than regular and when they add sugar to it, you will get even more calories. Granola is another good one that has good nuts and oats. You can also try some dietary supplements that will help too.
