I'm a hypoglycemic, and I've always been able to manage myself pretty well, but recently it's been getting worse. I eat regularly, I do everything I'm suppose to but I still get super light headed, I'll get sick, I have to sit down, and my blood sugar will drop to the 40's sometimes even the 30's. What should I do? I mean do I need to change my diet again? I'm just tired of it interfering with my everyday life.

ReplyDeleteOng - Hello, you need to get special meals. You should eat high protein foods or high fiber one. Veggie foods is also very recommended. You can go with fruits like banana, grape, melon and other sweet fruits.
ReplyDeleteAlso try to eat 5 mini meals instead of 3 times large meals. Last but not least, avoid coffee and alcohol!
Otherwise, please consult with your doctor, because each person usually have different glucose requirement, therefore they will need special treatment.
Hope my answer helps. :)
