How Do You Lose Weight, But Have The Proper Nutrition To Run Regular?

  1. kantuun123 - The easiest way would be to minimize your intake on starches (i.e. anything w/ bread like pizza or muffins), almost eating none. And eat a lot of (green) salads, along with proteins.

  2. owlsndogs - Eat enough calories to help you run, but your total calorie consumption should be less than the amount of calories you burn throughout the day so that you can loose weight.
    Your diet should mainly consist of protein and vegetables/fruit but eat carbs so that you can run properly.

  3. Jace - I'm in an ROTC program at my highschool (Recruitment Officer Training Corps.) We do PT, physical training, but that's not for everyone so my advice is this. Eat the three most healthy food types in right amounts. Meats. Starches. Fruit. Don't care what anybody says about wheat and that cr*p, wheat is actually pretty bad for you.
