How Do I Lose Belly Fat?

396545382 So i do track and field, i'm 15, and in track you need to work on abs. Which i do. A lot. But you know, like any guy, i want to be able to actually see the abs, you can see them a bit, but because of the fat that there is you can't see them completely. I'm pretty skinny, only 130 pounds, a bit of muscle, mostly bones xD I eat VERY healthy, i don't eat red meat, i drink brown rice milk (long story) And eat tons of fruits and vegetebals, like it's almost considered crazy. So what are some ORGANIC/NATURAL ways i can lose that fat? No pills, medications, doctors etc.

  2. tennislover - you can try doing some running on a empty stomach

    3-4 days per week

    this way your body feeds off its fat storage for its energy

    dont eat tooo many fruits.. it has alot of sugar....

    and make sure u train them hard for 10 mins daily

Miss J - HIIT training really helps decrease belly fat ( high intensity interval training ) Watch the fruits... and all sugar intake, sugar ( in natural forms too ) is THE worst thing to over eat in your diet. Diet is huge and so is exercise. Make sure your eating lots of leafy greens and broccoli. Even carrots are on the higher side when it comes to sugar... corn I believe is the worst. It does take work! My brother who is 15 is at the gym 6 days a week and has a very strict diet... but he is also ripped lol
