How Can I Gain Weight?

396545382 I have a busy life with work and school i dont get enough rest at all i sleep 4 maybe 5 hours in weekdays and on the weekends 8.and i also smoke does anybody have any suggestion how can i gain weight?

  1. StayB - Stop smoking... Instead of sending hunger signals to the brain, you're body is too focused on getting nicotine. Thats how you lose weight is to start smoking.

    Eat lots of protein, work out, you know, the healthy stuff

  2. Jacob A - Smoking kills. You only have 1 life. 1 body. Wasting it on smokes and no sleep is crazy. Stop smoking and eat right.

  3. Amanda - eat LOTS OF FATTENING FOODS if you wanna gain weight lol its soo easy... it happened to me,, i used to be skinny like i was anorexic and when i started to eat a lot of fattening foods my weight went up alot....

  4. Van Allen - / have the same problem.. but if you feel good with the weight that you have it means you dont need to gain weight...

    The only thing that helps is a good sleeping.. ofcourse combined with at leaset 2 Normal meals a day..

    when you dont get enough sleep make sure to eat more than usual..

    another Very important thing is the breakfast.. "it should be almost like a dinner" I mean the portion.. morning meal is very important.. I usually combine it with B complex..

    but everything should be combined with sleeping // otherwise it will be unhealthy weight gain..

  5. Susan Yarrawonga - Good fattening combinations are bread, cereals, pasta, rice, potatoes or sweet potatoes combined with meat, poultry, eggs, cheese, nuts or sea food.

    The protein in the above combinations will help to gain extra muscles.

    If food doesn't work perhaps you could try bodybuilding in the gym.
