I'm a semi-vegetarian (occasionally eat fish but no red meat - pescertarian if you will) I eat a lot of vegetables - carrots, cucumber, peas, brocolli and cabbages mainly on a daily basis. That and at least 3 apples, 3 oranges, a banana and mango. A handful of peanuts and 4 slices of brown/granary bread a day. I eat a lot and very often. I sometimes binge but i try to reach for veggies instead of ice-cream.
Iloveyou - Too much of anything can make you fat. Sure, veggies are more healthy, but not too much as in binge eating. There are still calories.
ReplyDeleteTheDon81 - There is no simple yes/no answer to that.
ReplyDeleteLettuce, cucumber, broccoli and spinach is almost pure water. Eating loads of that wouldn't be too bad.
Pea's and corn on the other hand has lots'o sugar. They are healthy enough, but can make you gain weight by excessive eating.
Carrots, Cabbages etc. is in the middle. Don't over eat on those so much. 1kg carrots might make you fat! :P But 5-6 of them is ok.
♥☺♥☺♥ - No, I'am really vegetarian so I eat lots of veggies, if they were fattening I would be so fat.
ReplyDeleteI'am 5'6 and 118 which is healthy.

Nabila - No.But don't eat more veggies.Veggies is healthy food.
