I'm 17 and for about a year I've had spots of darker, discolored, itchy, flaky skin on & around my breasts. For a while they came in certain places & then left & then showed up somewhere else. Lately the spots have stayed in the same places and recently they have become textured & a little dimple. Also, I have what might be a small lump right beside of one of my nipples. I realize now that these are signs of breast cancer & am rather concerned. I know that I should see a doctor, but I'm scared to mention this to anyone. Is there something other than breast cancer that could cause these symptoms? How often is breast cancer found in teenagers? Tarkarri - Sounds more like a skin condition than breast cancer.
