After How Many Minutes Does The Pancreas Release Insulin After A Meal ?

396545384 On a healthy adult after how many minutes does the pancreas begin to release insulin after a meal ?
yes the body does produce insulin continuesly but it goes up a lot more after a meal, so my question is approximately after how many minutes after a meal does it go up a lot more than usual ?

The "cephalic" phase of digestion starts when seeing or masticating food.

    It lasts approximately 10 minutes.
