Tea - It may be anemia. I've heard that orange blood happens sometimes with anemics. However it could be something else. Do you have those energy saving light bulbs with the glass coils? If so, it could just be that you were looking at your blood under the light of one of those light bulbs. They make blood look orange. Here's one of the blogs I found that mentions it.

If your blood looks red in the sunlight, then it was probably just the light bulb. If not, then you should probably get to the doc ASAP and have this checked out.
