Roberto Gonzalez - You are young and still growing you will stretch out as you age. But if you really need an answer stop drinking soda and drink more water and no salty foods like chips or plain junk food, cut back on sweets too
Sarah - HOLY MOLLY YOUR 14!!! you don't need to diet!! just eat healthily and exercise regularly and you will be healthy no matter what weight! your a child (so am i actually.LOL) and you wanna go on a diet to be a stick!!! geeeeeeesh this world has a fucked up image!!
Sarah - Start eating healthy!!!!!!!!! Avoid Junk food. Drink plenty of water you should be drinking your body weight divided by two in ounces plus eight ounces for every hour of exercise you do. Get involved in after school sports. Do a sport during every season. The fall, winter, and spring seasons. There's track, football, rugby, tennis, basketball, swimming, softball, baseball, cross country, etc.
Laura - You don't need to be super skinny! you just need a healthy diet. eat lots of fruits and veggies. fish is good for you too. don't eat fatty foods and don't eat too many sweets. and exercise. and there's nothing wrong with a little chubby. most guys like a little meat on their girls bones ;-) just make sure you eat healthy and exercise
