pigty - This cannot be answered. Blood pressure varies person by person. Typically, high blood pressure starts at about 140/90. For a younger person good blood pressure should be just below 120/80. Blood pressure gets steadily higher the older we get owing to wear and tare on our arteries. Pushing it, I would say it is always best to have it below 140/90 even though you may feel healthy. High blood pressure is the silent killer.
You say you are twelve stones, but is that normal? How tall are you and what is your frame? What is your Body Mass Index?
You say that you are in good health. My advice is still to get a blood pressure reading taken by your physician.
You could also try a home blood pressure monitor to keep a check on your blood pressure at home. Make sure it is one that your physician advises upon.
