What Do I Have To Do ? :/?

I am a 16 year old girl ,5ft2 (158cm) and weight 129 lb (59kg) i want to lose about 19lb (9kg)
and i need help

i use to be 72kg thats 158 lb and i lost the weight but not in a healthy way so it made me look wired and i dont like it so now i want to do it the right and healthy way

if i do 30mint of cardio exercise everyday and 2L of water + eat what ever i like but little amount will this help me lose weight? how much will i lose in a month if i do this ?

or what should i do please help thank you everyone for you answers

    do some excercise classes like boxing or dancing, get ur body moving!

  5. Kirsten - Try doing some weight lifting and working out like that as well as your cardio, this should help you look more 'normal' shape, if you will. But basically you need to combine everything. Exercise, nutrition and sleep. Sleep is important.
