Testing For Children's Leukemia?

396545116 Considering having my child tested for leukemia. She bruises easily and is fatigued after walking so far, she is 3 1/2 yrs old. Her pediatrician didn't seem to concerned with it or any matter of her bruising, however I spoke to another dr. whom suggested that they normally only test if certain signs appear such as over bruising, random fevers, bleeding gums, and noses, and fatigue. My child experiences 3 out of five. Now most mothers wouldn't hesitating switching dr's and having blood tested however my little tike is deathly afraid of dr's and dentist. and idea's to make this less traumatic?

  1. Denisedds - If she needed to be tested the doctor would have tested regardless of the trauma.
