Since I was young Ive always had bad teeth, I have extremely poor enamel on my teeth which causes me many problems, most of which are cavities. My dentist called is extreme enamel erosion. I assume from years of eating acidic foods and not being terribly diligent as a child on brushing.Recently I've been noticing the colour of my teeth is not as bright as I would like. I know the discolouration is due to the fact that I used to smoke, I drink a lot of coffee and tea and love soft drinks. I am trying to cut back on these as there not great for me or my teeth.
My question is, how can I whiten my teeth if my enamel is so poor? Any suggestions on products?
