Can You Gain Lose Belly Fat But Still Gain Weight?

396545382 im 105 pounds and 5'6 feet tall my doctor says im underweight and need to gain. i have thin legs really skinny arms that look like spaghetti noodles small bubble butt small thighs butt my belly is like a ball. i lift 5 pound weights about 3-4 times a week, do cardio everyday varietys some days dance some kickboxing some walking etc and different ab workouts.i eat fruits veggies whole grains chicken breasts fish and only drink water and green tea.another thing i dont want six pack abs i dont like the look of them on girls i mean not on me i just want flat belly without the muscular look. but how can i gain weght but get a flat belly halp?
i meant help sorry for the bad spelling errors oh one more thing i like the slim dancers look not athletic.

  1. Brad - Go to a local gym and see if they have weight lifting classes. They tend to use 10 lbs or less depending on the exercise and are usually pretty good at getting most of. your muscle groups. Doing this 2-3 times a week will help increase your lean muscle everywhere (without looking bulky) and will start getting rid of some of the fat. Your diet sounds pretty good, just make sure your getting protein with all your meals. Don't worry about the six pack, trust me, people are killing themselves trying to get one and still can't.
