Is It Possible To Get Your Wisdom Teeth At A Young Age?

396545381 Last year this girl was telling me that her wisdom teeth are growing and that they hurt. I think she was lying because they don't usually grow til you're an adult, right? I never heard of a 14-15 (I honestly don't know her age) year old having them! I'm curious because I recently turned 13 and don't want them coming in too soon.

    ohgod - yeah im 13 and my wisdoms are coming in it makes ur gums ichy it dont hurt

    roarbear - Everybody is different. Most people get them out when they are about 18 but I had a few friends when I was in 8th grade that got them out then. My orthodontist told me I'm probably getting mine out when I'm 16. Next time you go to your dentist/orthodontist just ask them to take a look at your xrays and ask about when you'll need them out. Hope I helped!
