Is It Normal For My Gums To Be Red After Using Crest Whitening Strips?

396545381 I just used crest whitening strips of the first time and my gum line is really red. Is that normal? And will it go away?

  1. Helene - No that's a sign of irritation. U night wanna stop using crest white stripes and try another brand or method of whitening

  2. Shea - It is an allergic reaction it is probably go away because it is temorary. Whitening strips are very minty and some people will react to it. Yes, it is normal. Minty-ness will cause burning in the gums. I myself am a docter and i have 3 chrildren, i should know.
