I'vehad Small Bumps In My Groin For Over A Year? Is It Cancer?

396545116 I have small, movable bumps around where my inner thigh connects to my groin. They aren't noticable unless you push down and feel around. They are not painful. I noticed them almost a year back but I'm fairly sure I've had them even longer than that, and they haven't grown in that time. Anyway, I just saw an ad on tv about lymphoma and it got me worried. I'm a 17 year old male, with no history of cancer in my family. I will most likely see a Doctor in the coming week either way. So, does it sound like cancer?

Thankyou in advance.

  1. Scott - They're lymph nodes, more noticeable if you have low body fat. Everyone has them.

  2. ChemoAngel - Scott is correct they are located all over your groin. You are lucky that yours move. Mine grew to the size of a golfball, and drained fluid. You are fine.
