My mom said it was cause I drink Monsters occasionally.
But it started after I had my period about 2 weeks ago.
Is it possible I'm anemic? That was my mom's other suggestion. (She's anemic)
I take vitamins and drink a whole lot of water.
I try to eat as healthy as I can (it's hard because of school)
And I exercise.
I really don't think its the energy drink.
A small Coke has more sugar and calories than a regular Monster...
Beth - You may need to drink more water. You could be coming down with something. It may just be caused by your period.
ReplyDeleteEric - Being anemic is a possibility, but it's unlikely that you would just be seeing signs now. As much as it pains me to say this, your mom could be right. Monster is full of crap, and not very much nutrition. You could be suffering from a mild vitamin deficiency. Iron is used to carry oxygen through your blood, and not having enough can make you feel lightheaded and even black out. I would watch your diet a little more closely for the next couple days, try to get some more vitamins in you, and if that still doesn't work i would call your doctor to make sure it isn't anything more serious.
ReplyDeleteAlie June Vargas - i dont know iam only 9
ReplyDeleteMama Mia - It sounds more like a blood sugar issue to me. It can be more dangerous to have low blood glucose than high blood glucose levels because it can drop so low as to have you black out and go into a coma. People can die if their blood sugar drops too low. You should always eat every 2-3 hours and carry something like starbursts or another fast acting sugar in your pocket and eat it immediately if you feel lightheaded. Since you plainly have a problem. you need to see your doctor for a good check up. This is not something you should ignore or put off. Low blood sugar is only one of the possibilities. it could be this or something as serious as a brain tumor. Don't mess around with chance. Find out why this is happening.
