I have so far lost 7 pounds in one week. Barely any excersize. I'm really happy! Should I keep up with this diet? I'm eating healthy by the way. (Lots of fruit and vegetables, whole wheat bread, etc.) So, is it okay that I'm on this kind of diet?
Thanks!
The Taskmaster-TrollSlayer-™ - 700 hundred calories a day is not healthy. Because that will throw your body off, and when you do start eating more, you will gain tons of weight, you need to eat as much as you need, depending on how much you weight, age and what your gender is, use this site. http://www.kriskris.com/how-many-calories-should-i-eat-a-day/
ReplyDeleteAlex - I eat 700 calories in just 2 meals. Don't starve yourself. Just think about it--starving yourself and setting unrealistic goals for yourself will only lead to binging, believe me.
ReplyDeleteYou DON'T have to starve yourself. Just make sure you eat whole grains, protein, and keep on eating fruits and veggies. Instead of only 700 calories a day, try eating 6 small meals a day (around 250 calories each meal). That's one meal every 3 hours, which will boost your metabolism and burn fat more effectively. Not to mention this way you won't starve to death and become malnourished. And it's ok to have 2-3 cheat meals per week. And when I say cheat meal I don't mean a box of pizza...what I mean is a few slices.
Zulu ☺ - DEFINITELY NOT. If you eat barely anything your body will get used to barely eating and you WILL HAVE A SLOW METABOLISM. I eat 1200 calories a day, and I exercise a lot, and I lose 2 pounds a week. However, one day I do splurge and eat 1500 calories or more to spark my metabolism. By the way, you do realize that once you eat your normal amount of calories (more than 700) you will just gain the weight back.
