I am a good athlete, but get out of breath quick, and my legs always cramp up or whatever u call it, even though I stretch.
Can you tell me a schedule on how long I should jog each day? I could maybe run 3/4 of a mile no sweat but then it starts to come in. Is there an app to make me keep track of jogging on Apple devices.
Danielle - There's probably an app, but it's easier just to track it with a pen and paper. Assuming you're running through a neighbourhood, go one street farther before turning around everyday. Also, do resistance training on your legs and get your core into shape too, because these affect your running.
