Just Me Or Can Wisdom Teeth Pain Be Activated By Stress?

Im mentally a wreck and my wisdom teeth are giving me pain on and off and I saw an oral surgeon who recommended getting them removed, but they want 600 due at once, so either I need to suffer until next year, or whenever my mom can get 600 together, which is hard because she works two jobs just to pay the bills and often I need to give her every little bit of money I get to pay half my phone bill/help with other bills. I've noticed today that my wisdom teeth started giving me pain when I got stressed, is it just a random occurance or can wisdom teeth start giving you pain when you are stressed? Also I think so far the pain has been from my two that are growing in normal, I can't imagine how much worse it will be if my bottom one which is pointed at other teeth at a 45 degree angle starts to give me pain.
