Helpppp???!!!!! ..............?

throat feels as is something was stuck. ALSO has some sort of a sticky feeling to it, that goes on with esophagus. i had a swollen lymph node and got it checked out doc said its a mild infection, the lump came afterwards, also other symptoms yesterday i got some acidic sort of like puke came out my throat tasted like sh!t also this morning i seem to have direaha aswell as like my stomach feels acidic too, sometimes i get full, without eating then sometimes the full ness goes away im really concerned about the lump feeling as is it is really ******* annoying. im 16 yrs old. dont smoke nor drink. Oh and about the luekimia theres these red lines on my chest area it gets worse when i scratch them, it goes away in a bout 20-30 mins and doesnt always come back, im more concernd about throat YES i know you cant diagnose me but does this sound like cancer? i swear im going to end my life soon
