Every other day or so when you brush your teeth at night, gently rub your toothbrush in circles on your lips to exfoliate them. Keep putting chapstick on every time your notice your lips getting dry. Don't lick them.
MiraaLouise - First take a warm washcloth with warm water and keep it on your lips for a while. Then take BURTSBEES chapstick and place it over, or there is a brand thats cheap called softlips. Its at those little counters next to the checkout aisles at Wal-Mart. It not using chapstick, a home remedy is to use olive oil and warm water. Hope this helps!

Leah - i would recommend either using petroleum jellly which is vaseline or cocobutter. DO NOT USE CHAP STICK. it just makes your lips more dried out.
ReplyDeleteAlicia - Water can actually help dry out lips. Carmex medicated is what all the hunters in my family use. Plan old Vaseline over night works wonders
