I don't want to gain any muscle either. When I jog it seems I gain weight. I just wanted to be thin and not look muscular. But I heard jogging makes you gain muscle.

smdFTWbro - Eat three normal meals, If you're gunna drink pop, drink diet. A sweet thing once in a while is okay. But not too much.. After every meal try to work out for 30 - 40 minutes a day..
ReplyDeletenybigapple - You may just gain weight in the form of muscle. The minimum suggested weight for a man 5'4 is 132 lbs so going to 107 is pretty unusual.

ReplyDeleteYAZ - Yes! It is most possible to lose weight that way, just please don't starve your self, hun(:
ReplyDelete-Try to instead of eating 3 large meals a day, you eat 4/5 SMALL meals a day. It increases your metabolism, and if you're eating healthy you'll defiantly lose some pounds.
Remember to exercise too, to burn off all the fat! You can do it if you put your mind to it(:

Harihara - Pl calculate first if your weight is ideal for your age & height.U will get these charts on net also.Then start taking a walk after every intake.Whatever u eat must b burnt immediately.This is the best & effective way for your like problems.
ReplyDeleteFatima - Have 5 meals a day in small portions to keep your metabolism running and if you are exercising and eating healthy then you just have wait and see how slim you get .............. but there is this diet which is quite good for you it is cleanse
